Sam

How can we describe our Sam, or as we called him, Samlove? He was a strong and stoic little big man, protective of his brother Gizmo, and his whole family. He was originally turned in to Kingston Humane Society, and came to us by way of Team Dog Rescue. He had many health issues from his former life, and it took awhile for him to feel his best.

When he began to shine, he really did shine! Curious, caring, and playful, he really loved to show his toys what playing was all about.

After Gizmo passed away from his heart disease, Sam was there every step of the way in starting Gizmo's Kitchen — we could have called it Sam's Kitchen!
